About Dimitar
Dimitar Inchev created Theme Coworking to make the systems, people, and daily work behind coworking easier to understand.
Dimitar is a co-founder of Coworkies, a platform built for the global coworking industry, and TwoFifty, a coworking consultancy founded with Pauline Roussel. Through Coworkies Labs, he experiments with new ways to explain, connect, and support the shared workspace ecosystem.
Theme Coworking combines that industry experience with a long-standing affection for isometric management games. It translates operational patterns — member needs, community work, staffing, services, design, pricing, retention, and financial pressure — into choices that can be explored through play.
